What kind of ink do you use for screen printing?

We use plastisol ink for screen printing. Plastisol ink is essentially liquid plastic. It is the ink of choice for many screen printers, and it is very opaque while retaining its brightness through several washes. 

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. We have a minimum order quantity of 24 shirts for screen printing.

You can mix and match different styles to meet the order quantity. For example, 12 t-shirts and 12 hoodies with the same design being printed.

How does the pricing work?

Pricing is based on the number of print locations, the number of colors in the artwork, and quantity.

What is the durability of screen printing?

Screen Printing is one of the most durable t-shirt printing methods. Our inks will last the lifetime of the garment.
We make sure all of the shirts we print are properly cured at the right temperature for maximum durability.

 

What is the maximum image size I can print?

Adult Size Shirts (for full front design or full back design)
- 12 in x 15 in
 
Youth Size Shirts (for full front design or full back design)
- 8 in x 10 in

How many colors can I print on a shirt?

Our screen printing equipment can print up to 6 colors.

Where can I print on a shirt?

- Full Front

- Left or Right Chest

- Full Back

- Back Tag

- Left or Right Sleeve (t-shirts only)

What is the turn aroud time for screen printing?

Our turnaround time for screen printing is two weeks or 10 business days from when the order is placed.
